These septum clicker nose rings just arrived this week. They are designed for a septum piercing but can be used in several other piercings as well including a cartilage ear piercing, helix, or daith piercing.

Just in are these ear vines that are made of Surgical Steel. These ear wires are great for new piercings and only require one piercing. The design is meant to climb up your ear lobe but can also hang down if preferred.
